ACUPUNCTURE

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) practice that involves inserting thin needles into specific points on the body. These points are believed to be connected to energy pathways, or meridians, that run through the body. By inserting needles into these points, acupuncturists believe that they can balance the flow of energy and relieve pain, improve function, and promote overall health. Acupuncture is used to treat a variety of conditions, including:

Pain: Acupuncture is effective for treating a variety of types of pain, including chronic pain, such as back pain and arthritis, and acute pain, such as headache and migraine.

Infertility: Acupuncture is sometimes used to treat infertility, as it can help to improve egg quality and sperm motility.

Digestive problems: Acupuncture can be used to treat a variety of digestive problems, such as nausea, vomiting, constipation, and diarrhea.

Sleep problems: Acupuncture can be used to treat insomnia and other sleep problems.

Mental health conditions: Acupuncture is sometimes used to treat mental health conditions, such as anxiety and depression.
